So far only a few are definitely confirmed and have specific dates. According to GKids’ twitter, they “announce them as they get 100% finalized - there are enough logistics sometimes they could still fall apart at the last minute.” If you look at their Twitter they have a list of some cities that probably will be having festivals, and when. Maybe if you search around on Google, you might find more info?
